Price £69 / 1 hour £77 / 1 hour 30 mins I only take clients on a 1 to 1 session, no couples please. Recommendation: min. of 3 - 5 sessions to experience a deeper transformation. I help you as an individual to guide you through your darkness, any stuck emotional blockages that are holding you back from peace and harmony within. It allows you to tap into the love within. You may be dealing with anger, grief, depression, sadness or perhaps went through a recent break up that left you in pieces. Spiritual Counselling is healing you on the soul level oppose to any standard counselling therapies that rather help only on the conscious level. For us to create a happy, balanced relationship with others, first we have to create happiness and balance within ourselves. That is where the true power and real love begins. Spiritual Counselling takes the Soul, rather than the Mind, as its starting point of balance. It has an expanded view of life, recognising that the world is a complex mystery and it takes into account belief systems, universal & personal energy systems, intuitive psychic realities, karmic interplay, subconscious and superconscious states of awareness, metaphysical experiences, spiritual theology, spiritual presence and higher-self cosmic connections. Compassion for self and compassion for others is a core concept for personal and collective growth. As for Spiritual Counselling in holistic there is no separation, no duality between personal or collective responses and reaction, all is intrinsically linked. There is the awareness that life experiences become the greatest tool, with the integration of personal pains and personal journey. The aim is for clients to express themselves and their world with intimate wisdom, spiritual awareness and personal authenticity. Spiritual Counselling is all about you, your self- healing and nothing about the outside world or other people or external circumstances. ​ In Spiritual Counselling, we often travel back to early years of childhood, in order to find the root cause of all mental, emotional, physical or spiritual imbalance within your physical being. ​ We often find currently present problems that are related to traumas, fear or limiting beliefs due to cultural background or certain way of upbringing.
